Ken Saverin, president & chief executive officer of Crescendo Capital Partners, LLC began his career on Wall Street, both as an attorney (Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom) and as an investment banker (Deutsche Bank Securities and Greenwich Capital Markets) focused on structured products in asset backed securities. Mr. Saverin was the founding partner of a series of real estate related companies including a small to mid-sized business lending platform, a residential mortgage REIT and a private equity investment fund. He is a past recipient of the Ernst and Young’s regional “Entrepreneur of the Year” award. Mr. Saverin received a BA from Claremont McKenna College and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
Lisa Lin Allen, Managing Director
Lisa Allen is the Managing Director, Head of Marketing of Crescendo. Ms. Allen has more than 15 years of cellular and telecom experience in this industry and has acquired over 500M in leasehold assets throughout her career. Ms. Allen has also founded a cellular site acquisition firm representing landlords and cellular tenants in the zoning, leasing, permitting, design and management of more than 1,000 cellular sites. Ms. Allen has a BS from Sacred Heart University.
